    I am vegan now :) my friend @akalamusic told me that he was when I first came to London. 
I have been taking steps to be healthier ever since. 
Tonight is #spartanfamwest then afterwards I invite you to come and eat @redemptionbar because the food is vegetarian and vegan and beautiful. 

Starter or dessert, main and a @vitacocouk mocktail for £10 :) 
We do this every week, we shall be there from 8.30pm amazing Caribbean food cooked by @cosmobites 
Come down to train and if you can’t make it just come down to eat with us. 
Sit down and reason, talk about the world, it’s beauty and our flaws.

    I am at the #londonyouthgames  #proudtobecompeting coaching with my kids. Where are all the coaches from the athletics clubs in Westminster… Your kids are here so why aren’t you? You shouldn’t care about getting paid. 
If you are only doing this for the money, stop doing it. 
This really vexes me, not only do you charge the kids for training but you don’t turn up to the competitions when they need you the most! 
What I want to know is: Why at sporting events, do they always serve terrible food to the people. 
Why does the sports industry pay little attention to health… Lucozade as advertised by athletes which has as much sugar as coca cola who sponsor everything even though it dehydrates you. Macdonalds building their biggest ever restaurant right next to the Olympic stadium at London 2012. 
I know they have money but who cares if they are negatively tarnishing the image of sports with rubbish-health destroying products…
On a positive note we have a 200m and a 100m finalist. They are doing really well, they drank #vitacocokids #famfoods #spartanfam

    Life is deeper than skin, you know what I mean? Look deep inna the picture. 

The human body is remarkable and is the only place we have to live. 
Our bodies are made up of skin, muscle, bones and organs. 
The organs are made of tissue, and those tissues are made of cells. 
So in essence we are just millions of cells, but those cells die out everyday, and have to be replaced everyday. 
So how do we replace them? 
How do we build new cells? 
The raw materials come from only one place, what we put in our mouths. 
If we put healthy nutritious food in our mouths we can make healthy cells. 
If we put bad food in our bodies, then we have raw materials that will make inferior cells, or sick cells that can make us sick. 
If you want to perform sh*t then eat sh*t, but don’t feed rubbish food to your kids. Try hard not to and don’t be lazy because it’s more convenient, slackness could make your kids unhealthy or sick. 
We are all subjected to a ridiculous amount of chemicals each day, but try to avoid them where possible. 

If you poison your body with toxins your body will become toxic and poisoned. You will endure illness as a result of your actions. 

Give yourself a fighting chance :)

    On the hill at Alexandra place I ate  random organic delights. 

Cherries, olives stuffed with almonds, sun blushed tomatoes, amazing salsa, rocket, and an avocado on a wholemeal pitta. 

I haven’t had any refined sugar for a while, but if you must then open a peach, melt some seed and bean raw chocolate, dehydrated banana and cherries. 
All organic, wicked #famfoods #spartanfam #wecookdaily  (at Palm Court Alexandra Palace)

    It’s been nearly a year since I stopped eating meat. I haven’t “lost size” I weigh the same, my body looks the same. I am stronger then I was too. 
How do I get my protein… I eat food. 
The meat industry has spent millions of dollars trying to prove why eating meat is the only good way to get protein. 
They would because they are an industry. 
I am not an industry and I am telling you you don’t need to eat meat or take protein shakes, just eat healthily and train hard. 
Our bodies are designed to eat meat rarely, where are we eat meat everyday! Most of us don’t care where it comes from… 
I used to eat £1 chicken and fries meal deal, I am glad I have evolved.
