    What are you filling your body with? You can eat plenty of rubbish, you cannot over eat on healthy nutritious food. Your body knows what to do with healthy food so it will tell you are full quickly. Foods that you body doesn’t recognise or know what to do with are different. As your body isn’t getting the nutrients out of them so it won’t tell you, that you are full. 
Try an experiment, consume 4 medium sized potatoes worth of fries no problem right? The next day try and consume 4 medium sized boiled sweet potato. I bet you got full on the 3rd sweet potato. 
Eat healthily all of the time :) 
Anything you have for dinner you should be able to have for breakfast. If you can’t stomach it in the morning you shouldn’t stomach it at all. #famfoods

    Are we even eating food anymore? Try to eat organic, yes it is expensive but how much is your health worth? I think it is ridiculous that the food we need to eat in order to be healthy is expensive!

    Ahh @tasha_keating has a #nutribullet and is now the queen of smoothies lol this morning I awoke to a beautiful green smoothie.

    The weather is glorious, everybody just got paid #spartanfamwest is on tonight at paddington rec at 6.30-8pm 
If you bring a friend you get the session for £5 if you are consistent for 3 sessions you get the 4th session free:)  After class  we are going to @redemptionbar to eat afterwards. Soup and a main or a main and a dessert for £10 respect #spartanfam #famfoods

    Being stronger than you look is better than looking stronger than you are. 
I don’t eat meat, bread, dairy, trans fats, artificial sugar, sweeteners or additives. 
I don’t lift any weights or take protein shakes. 
I don’t take steroids, fat strippers or growth hormones. 
I don’t drink. 
I don’t smoke. 
I don’t take drugs. 

I do varied workout routines. 
Boxing 
Gymnastics 
Sprinting 
Middle distance running 
Plyometrics 
Calisthenics 
Parkour 
Muscular strength endurance exercises (conditioning) 
Obstacle courses, you can make a park your obstacle course. 
So I can do more than I look like I can do, I once did 100m with two 90kg guys on my shoulders. 
I weigh 70kg and I am 5ft 7 so I am short lol, but I am trying to be a ninja type of guy. 

I do pay coaches and instructors to train me. 

I spend a good amount of money on food, but what else do I need? 
My cupboard is amazing! 
Complex carbohydrates like plantain, yam, cassava, green banana and sweet potatoes, protein from grains, pulses, legumes, beans and yes I do still eat fish. 
Vitamins from fruits and vegetables. 

I don’t really go out, because I am happy staying in watching a wildlife programme with my people lol. 

Not knocking other training methods just saying the natural way works too. 
As we are natural beings.
