Will your story be told time and time again to children and adults alike? &lt;br/&gt;
Will you inspire and help people lives even when you are gone? &lt;br/&gt;
Nobody tells stories about what might have been, or of excuses. &lt;br/&gt;
The worst feeling you will have is regret. &lt;br/&gt;
Whatever you are thinking about doing, even if it’s requiring hard work, do it. &lt;br/&gt;

See you @spartanfam class tonight ;) Last night at midnight I went for a sweat run. &lt;br/&gt;
These are the times of the last two Sweat runs I have done. &lt;br/&gt;
I used to do them when I was boxing in the army. &lt;br/&gt;
I always do them at midnight, force of habit I suppose. &lt;br/&gt;
I find this is the most peaceful time to run. &lt;br/&gt;
You mainly lose water, but if you can run at 60-70% of your max heart rate, (220 - your age = then find 60% of that for me that is 117-136.5 bpm) you will burn some fat. &lt;br/&gt;
I used to weigh myself in order to check I was at my fighting weight. &lt;br/&gt;
Before the runs I would weigh 65kg when I come back I would weigh 63.5kg. &lt;br/&gt;
About 1kg of that will be water but roughly 500grams will be fat. &lt;br/&gt;
You will not put that fat back on (diet permitting). I have remained between 7-9% body fat for 5 years. &lt;br/&gt;
Probably because I do have an amazing diet but I also sweat run from time to time. &lt;br/&gt;
I run at a slow pace for 1hour and ten minutes. &lt;br/&gt;
I do this once a week. &lt;br/&gt;
I hydrate plenty before and after. &lt;br/&gt;

First Half Marathon 2:32 last Half Marathon 1:51. 20+ Races I honestly don’t know but I did 8 halfs in 2012. &lt;br/&gt;
First 10k 74mins last 10k 47mins. 20+ races&lt;br/&gt;
First 5k 36 mins last 5k 21mins 20+ races&lt;br/&gt;
First 1 mile race 11mins or so. Last 1 mile 6:18mins 4 races.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don’t want people to think that I am motivated by time as I’m not, I’m motivated by being better, being more efficient, having good form., it just so happens that people see time as an easy way of showing improvement or progression… However I would rather run a slower strong race and feel good within myself than run a faster time and not be happy with my performance…I.e I got a PB at the London Marathon a few weeks ago but wasn’t happy with how my day went. My goal  right now is to run half marathon with as close to perfect technique as I can get. Time is irrelevant… I do this my times will take care of themselves… Big him up :) as he is awesome &lt;br/&gt;

I have been doing push ups :) I am up to 125 push ups a night. &lt;br/&gt;
I am aching now so managing 80 with no rest and then 45 to complete.&lt;br/&gt;
When I started I could do 85 push ups… Today I did 125 full push ups chest to floor no rest!!!!!!!!!!! First time ever :) I will post a progression pic every Sunday. &lt;br/&gt;
You don’t have to do them all in one go but you do have to do the number you are on every night with out fail. &lt;br/&gt;

See how many full squats you can do in one go, write down the results. &lt;br/&gt;

1 day off&lt;br/&gt;
125 for 6 days&lt;br/&gt;
1 day off&lt;br/&gt;
150 for 6 days&lt;br/&gt;
1 day off&lt;br/&gt;
175 for 6 days &lt;br/&gt;
1day off&lt;br/&gt;
200 for 6 days&lt;br/&gt;
2 days off&lt;br/&gt;
