    It’s been nearly a year since I stopped eating meat. I haven’t “lost size” I weigh the same, my body looks the same. I am stronger then I was too. 
How do I get my protein… I eat food. 
The meat industry has spent millions of dollars trying to prove why eating meat is the only good way to get protein. 
They would because they are an industry. 
I am not an industry and I am telling you you don’t need to eat meat or take protein shakes, just eat healthily and train hard. 
Our bodies are designed to eat meat rarely, where are we eat meat everyday! Most of us don’t care where it comes from… 
I used to eat £1 chicken and fries meal deal, I am glad I have evolved.

    It is #spartanfamgymnastics tomorrow night. 
Not enough people are coming at the moment and it is costing me money. 
I originally started gymnastics because I loved it and it was the only night that I could do it. Not to make money. 
So I booked out the hall and got Steve to run it. 
Then too many people came! 
So I told everybody to email when they were coming down, now not enough people come! 
I might stop the session, come tomorrow if you want it to continue. 
It’s your class people, show it love. 
Bring your friend.

£10 adults
